Returns Policy

All of our parcels are signature required, please check products before you sign the signature with the courier. If you are not satisfied with the product, please do not sign the signature and return to us in perfect condition in original wrapping. We will gladly exchange or refund unused product in its original condition, within 14 days of the delivery date, accompanied by the original receipt. Returns must be shipped back to our online store within 7 days of receiving your return confirmation email.

Online Purchases

Return the product to our Online Shop:
  • All of products are R18 and signature required. Please check the products without damaged before you sign it. Once you sign the signature with courier, we are not accept the return parcel and do not refund. 
  • The product must be in original unused condition, such as original complete packaging and in like-new condition, and attached the invoice that we sent to you. We may reject the returned product if there is damage to the product or product packaging. 
  • Please indicate the reason for return, exchange or refund the product. Contact us to arrange the courier to pick the product up and sent it back to us. 
  • If you send the product back, you are responsible for the product until it arrives at our stores and you need to pay the courier charges.
  • If a product is deemed unfit for return, we will notify you via email or phone that the return has been rejected and no refund will be issued. You can choose to have the product returned back to you at your expense. If you do not notify us that you want your product returned within 14 days the product will be recycled. 
  • Online and Retail shops are separate departments. Online only accept returns that purchase online, and contact online customer service. Retail shops are not responsible for online sales. You must open in the courier driver presents to prove they are damaged and do not sign the signature. Due to the nature of E-juice we are unable to offer any returns/refunds on e-juice bottles that have been opened or the tamper seal removed. 

Returning Products to Online Store

You can return product to Discount T online store providing all the terms and conditions of our returns policy have been met.
  1. Please send the parcel to: 9 Serlby Place, Porirua, Wellington 5022.
  2. Discount T does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit while being returned. We recommend you use a postage service that provides tracking and delivery to the door. 
  3. Upon receiving the returned items we well review the products you have returned. If the returned products have met all of our return policy requirements, we will process a refund to the value of the returned items at time of purchase.
  4. Online store cannot accept returns that purchase from retail shops; also online purchase cannot return to our retail shops.
