We will provide delivery service for customers who purchase “products” from our Website to almost anywhere in New Zealand. However, all products set out in your order are subject to product availability. If a product ordered is out of stock, we will notify customers via email and let them know the waiting time. Otherwise, we can refund the total amount of the order by using the same payment method.
All orders will be packed and despatched in 24 hours since the payment is accepted. We try to delivery all products within 2 to 5 days, because couriers do not do delivery on weekend. For the weekdays, the most orders in urban place will be under overnight delivery and 2 days to South Island. It will be 2 to 3 days delivery for the rural address.
- Urban North Island: 1 to 2 days except weekend
- Rural North Island: 1 to 3 days except weekend
- South Island: 1 to 3 days except weekend
We ship around New Zealand. Delivery cost will depend on the size and weight of parcel and the delivery location.
Big and Super big parcel will be the particular price which will be displayed on check out.

Due to Our Courier policy,
- Parcel less than 5kg to non-rural area will be charged $5.00 for each parcel, and rural area will charge $2.00 extra for each parcel.
- Parcel less than 10kg but greater than 5kg to non-rurla area will be charged $7.00 for each parcel, and and rural area will charge $2.00 extra for each parcel.
- Parcel greater than 10kg to non-rurla area will be charged $9.00 for each parcel, and and rural area will charge $2.00 extra for each parcel.
- P.O Box address is special case, about shipping cost please contact our customers service.
Damage & Lost
Since we get orders from customers, we will guarantee the safety of all products in the order. We will wrap fragile products with bubble paper. We will make sure all products intact when they are leaving.
We are also responsible for product damage. When customers get the parcel, please open the parcel to check if there is any damaged and please make a signature on the parcel. If there is some damage, please do not sign it and show the delivery person and contact us immediately. We will organize the return and make another delivery, or refund for customers.
Discount T will always try our best to ensure all parcels are delivered within schedule securely. For the reason we do not have any control on the third party delivery companies, lost parcels still happens under unexpected circumstances.
We will always suggest customers use Signature-Required Service for all parcels. This service ensures all the parcels are signed by the recipients. Our insurance policy will only cover those parcels with signature-required. In another word, if your parcel is lost with the courier, we will send you another one to replace your lost parcel.
Customers can still give authority to leave parcels without signature when they are unavailable to sign for their parcels. However, It will be ON YOUR OWN RISK if you require the courier to leave your parcel WITHOUT SIGNATURE. Courier drivers will leave your parcels in a relatively safe place. However if the parcel is lost without signature-required, Discount T is NOT responsible to any lost. Therefore, we highly recommend our customer DO NOT give authority to leave your parcel without signature for safety reason.
Track your order
All Discount T nationalwide freight being delivered by Post Haste and Castle Parcels Courier. All parcels should require a signature obtained in accordance with the Post Haste and Castle Parcels Courier standard policy, and New Zealand Post. Since an order placed, customers will get confirmation via email with a tracking number and tracking website. All delivery information will be on the Post Haste and Castle Parcels Website, and New Zealand Post. .
